The Barn

The Barn is the main event space at this venue, and it is large enough to accommodate up to 225 guests. This barn features exposed wood, and a high arching ceiling that is ideal for stringing up fairy lights. It also has hanging decorative chandeliers. There is a completely open floor plan in this space for customized seating arrangements. The barn is two levels totaling to 3600 square feet. Outside the barns first level is a spacious gravel patio complete with fire pit for your use. 

 

The Field

The Field is directly outside the main entrance of the barn. It is a large flat area of grass, and is used for ceremonies or outdoor receptions with up to 225 guests. If you want to have your ceremony in this space, you may exchange vows in front of the rustic barn doors, or with acres of rolling hills as your backdrop. You could use this space for your reception, or to host a pre-wedding cocktail hour and you can always enjoy the outside air on our newly renovated patio which can also be used as an outdoor dance-floor.

Off Season (April-August and November)

  • Two day rental with Friday for Set up and rehearsal and a Saturday wedding

  • Sunday Only rental from 10am-11pm

    $3,995

    Peak Season (September-October)

  • Two day rental with Friday for Set up and rehearsal and a Saturday wedding

    $6,000

  • Sunday Only rental from 10am-11pm

    $4,500

  • A $1,500 deposit & signed license agreement is required to confirm your date. Balance is due 150 days before your event.

    Smaller 4 hour Event

    (Great for Grad Parties, Birthday Parties, Bridal/Baby showers)

  • 4 hour event in the morning/afternoon

    $600

    *Smaller events can be booked 90 days in advance of the event but dates will not be released for smaller events until then.
